尊敬的老师,亲爱的同学们,大家好!我是初一四班的娄陌远。

I am Huazi An from Class 4, Grade 7.

今天,我们站在国旗下,骄傲地望着飘扬的五星红旗,报国之情油然而生。报效祖国,我们就要成为高素质的栋梁之才,现阶段就要野蛮其体魄,文明其精神。关于文明其精神,学科老师已经给了我们太多的教导。而我们今天要讨论的增强体质、野蛮体魄话题,就是体育老师的拿手好戏了。接下来,有请吴迪老师为我们做相关的介绍。

Today, as we all stand under the flag, looking proudly at the five stars on it, my desire to serve my country arises spontaneusly.  To serve our motherland, we must become the pillar of high quality. At present, we should barbarize our bodies and civilize our spirits.

As far as civilizing our spirits is concerned, our teachers have taught us a lot. As a result, today we are going to discuss how to invigorate health effectively. It’s just a piece of cake for our PE teachers.  Let’s welcome.

位老师同学们大家早上好,很荣幸今天能站在这里和大家一起交流一些心得体会——均衡营养,适量运动,增强免疫力。

让我们提取下关键词:营养,运动,免疫力。

先说营养

前段时间张文宏医生给家长的一条建议引发热议:现在中国的孩子早上只能吃鸡蛋、牛奶,还有高营养的三明治这些都可以吃,绝不要给他吃垃圾食品,一定要吃高营养,高蛋白的东西,每天早上准备充足的牛奶,充足的鸡蛋,吃了再去上学,早上不许吃粥。这条建议充分说明了充足的蛋白质对人体的重要性,人体所必需的营养素还有脂肪、糖、无机盐(矿物质)、维生素、水和纤维素7类、还包含许多非必须营养素。所以希望大家在吃饭时候不要挑食,营养要均衡,也要响应学校的光盘规定。

再说运动

非典期间让我们很多80后认识并记住了钟南山院士,这次新冠疫情让很多90,00甚至10后认识并记住了钟院士,钟院士的职业生涯常青和他有经常运动锻炼的好习惯是分不开的。适量的运动是身体健康的保障,而身体健康又是工作和学习的保障,所以希望大家能养成运动的好习惯,每天抽空在操场上跑跑跳跳或者在自己班级门口跳跳绳,做做俯卧撑,也建议老师们有时间多运动下,可以释放工作上的压力,保持身体健康。

那么有了均衡营养和适量运动的前提,相信我们的免疫力会越来越好。最后祝愿大家都有个好身体,祝愿即将参加体育中考的初三同学能取得优异成绩,谢谢大家。

同学们,孱弱的身体,担不起宏大的抱负。后天就是中国学生营养日。均衡营养、适量运动、增强免疫力是营养日的主题,也是吴老师给我们的强身之道。感谢吴老师!  

Dear classmates, a weak body cannot help to achieve great ambitions. It will be Chinese Student Nutrition Day the day after tomorrow. Balanced nutrition, moderate exercise and immunity are the themes of the day. This is the way Teacher Wu gave us to strengthen our bodies. We really should thank him a lot.

加强营养不是空洞的口号,践行中国学生营养日不是无味的鸡汤。作为一名中学生,我们完全可以从身边的小事做起,可以编制一份合理的家庭菜谱,可以光盘每一份学校午餐,可以和垃圾食品say goodbye ……

Nutrition is not just a slogan. Please put it into practise. Following the themes of Chinese Student Nutrition Day is not only a bowl of tasteless chicken soup. As a middle school student, we can start from the little things around us. For example, we can make a healthy diet for our family. We can eat up all the dishes for lunch. We can say goodbye to junk food.

加油吧,少年!让我们汲取营养茁壮成长,尽情奔跑挥洒青春!
