我是来自初三(3)班的毛一涵。
I’m Zhu Jialan from Class 3, Grade 8.
今天升旗仪式的主题是“学会交友，合作共赢”。
Today’s topic for the flag-raising ceremony is ‘Learn to make friends, cooperate to achieve success’.
培根说过：“没有真正的朋友实在是凄凉孤独的。如果没有朋友，这世界只是荒野一片。”
Bacon once said, “Without real friends, life is miserable and lonely. Without friends, the world is just a wilderness.”
说起朋友，一个多么熟悉而可爱的字眼，友谊是抽象的、含蓄的，而朋友却是具体而真实的。归根到底，交友是合作的基础。
Friend, it’s such a familiar and lovely word. Friendship is abstract and implicit while friends are concrete and real. In a word, making friends is the start and foundation of cooperation.
说到合作“一个和尚挑水喝，两个和尚抬水喝，三个和尚没水喝”儿时的歌在耳边萦绕，其中的智慧犹存我心。
Speaking of cooperation, one saying goes “One boy is a boy, two boys half a boy, three boys no boy.” The saying of childhood still lingers in our ears. Meanwhile, the wisdom of it still remains in our mind.
同样是碳元素组成的石墨和金刚石，只因为原子排列方式不同，两者硬度就相差万里
Let’s take graphite and diamond for example. They are both composed of carbon elements. However, because of the different arrangements of atoms, the hardness of the two differs by tens of thousands of miles.
石墨是层状结构，层与层之间的结合力小，比较松软。而金刚石每个原子间结合力都很大，所以很硬
Graphite, the bonding force between layer and layer is rather weak and rather soft. While diamond has a strong and firm bonding force between atoms, which makes diamond extremely hard.
人类社会又何尝不是这样呢，一个懂得团结合作的集体所拥有的力量是无限大的。
Human society goes just like this. A collective understanding of unity and cooperation has unlimited and infinite strength and power.

各位老师、同学们，大家早上好。
同学们，相信大家都知道“八拜之交”的典故。与我们朝夕相伴的，除了家长、师长，会是谁？对，就是朋友。世界上没有一个人能够完全离群而独居，人总是要过群体生活的。社会交往能增强一个人的能力。一个人的接触面愈广，那么他的知识、道德将愈加长进。如果不去和他人合作，有些潜伏着的力量是永远发挥不出来的。拥有朋友会使得自己更加强大，因此我们一定要结交朋友。
孔子曰：“益者三友，损者三友。友直，友谅，友多闻，益矣。友便辟，友善柔，友便佞，损矣。” 意思是“有益的朋友有三种，有害的朋友有三种。与正直的人交朋友，与诚信的人交朋友，与知识广博的人交朋友，是有益的。与谄媚逢迎的人交朋友，与表面奉承而背后诽谤人的人交朋友，与善于花言巧语的人交朋友，是有害的。”
作为朋友，首先要真诚，坦荡，刚正不阿。他会在我们怯懦时，给予我们勇气；在我们犹豫时，告诉我们正确的决定。而有的同学却认为所谓的朋友是投我所好的，想玩，就一起去玩手机游戏、网络游戏。对我们身上的坏习惯却不闻不问，甚至大加赞美，使我们身上的恶习放大，与这样的朋友为伍，不利于我们的健康成长。我们所需要的是胸怀坦荡，一身正气的“直友”，与之为友，能使我们充满向上的力量。
作为朋友，还应热情和善，有包容之心。当我们取得进步时他能发自内心地祝福，当我们心情沮丧时他能真心地宽慰，当我们遇到困难时他能主动伸出援手。这样的朋友能够做到严于律己，宽以待人，懂得分享别人的痛苦和欢乐，值得我们一生依靠，与之为友，我们能学会宽容，学会信任，学会尊重。
作为朋友，还要有渊博的学识和积极的态度，这样才能在学习和做人上彼此促进、相得益彰。而在我们同学中却经常发现相反的例子。一些平时学习上不求上进的学生经常聚在一起，打打闹闹，不比行为习惯，只比玩的痛快，没有明确的学习目标，更缺少学习的动力。
同学们，我们正是求学的黄金年龄，要知道“近朱者赤，近墨者黑”的道理，交友要慎重，凡是能够促进我们学业和品德良性成长的，我们都可以与之为友，与人交往要见贤思齐，取长补短，达到共同进步。同时我们也要提升自己的修养，用良好的品质和渊博的学识去赢得更多的朋友。
愿每位学生都能在我们的班级小家庭、学校大家庭中找到有利于自己进步、健康成长的好友。
因为交友，我们感受到了成长的快乐；因为友谊，我们有了青春的疯狂；因为合作，我们才有了新的绽放。
Because of friends, we feel the joy of growing up; because of friendship, we have the madness of youth; because of cooperation, we possess the blossom of heart.
同学们，让我们学会交友，合作共赢，在自己的青春诗篇上添上最绚丽的一笔！
Dear all, let’s learn to make friends, learn to cooperate with others and achieve a win-win situation. In this way, we are sure to add the most brilliant part to our youth poems.
