今天我演讲的主题是：宪法就在我们身边。
Our topic is The Constitution is all around us.
宪法是中华人民共和国的根本大法，是制定其他法律的根本和依据。它规范着我们的行为，保护着我们的权益，协调着人与人之间的关系。
The Constitution is the fundamental law of People's Republic of China and the basis for the enactment of other laws. We enjoy our life under its protection. It regulates our behavior, protects our rights, and coordinates people’s relationship.
宪法就像我们的影子一样，每时每刻都依偎在我们身边。从点点滴滴的小事到关乎国家命运的大事，都离不开宪法。作为一个国家公民，我们要从小学习宪法，那么我们该如何做到遵纪守法呢？
Like our shadow, the Constitution is with us all the time .No one and nothing can be done without the Constitution. As citizens of the country, we should study the Constitution. So how can we be law-abiding?
